Agent Overview Page
The Agent Overview page provides agents a single location where they can quickly find the most important information on the Equator® Platform.>> Show More
The Agent visibility dashboard, easily recognizable in the top left of the Overview page, features colored indicators that help Real Estate Agents market themselves, and maximize their visibility on the EQ Platform. Agent Certification, Coverage Areas, display options, real estate license, E&O insurance, files, and payment information are all displayed for at-a-glace checkups. In addition, the page features Offer and Task Alerts, providing at-a-glance views that ensure Agents see the most important and time-critical tasks first.
The Agent Workstation incorporates a streamlined navigation bar that is present throughout every section.>> Show More
This new navigation bar features drop down menus, providing a desktop application feel and more screen area to work with below. The navigation bar is organized into five main categories, with dashboard indicators for messages, tasks, and offers. Live Chat is integrated into the navigation menu, making it easier than ever to access EQ support.

Tabular views such as My Properties and Tasks can display up to one hundred items at a time, allowing an agent to quickly check property status, offers, tasks, and much more! Agents can easily initiate short sales, find and accept BPOs, post properties foreclosure listing for free on Equator.com, or search all properties within the Search Properties tab.
Messaging navigation is streamlined and organized.>> Show More
Each of the messaging views - including the Inbox, Sent, and Search Messages views - are directly accessible from anywhere within the application with a single click, and can easily be toggled between using the same tabbed view as in the properties section.

Agents can manage their profile, Coverage Areas, billing and much more from this unified page. Many of the items that were previously grouped under the Edit Account Information page are now shown as stand-alone sections, enabling agents to locate and update the information they need substantially quicker.

Agents can now search for properties dynamically from the My Properties and Place Offers pages, reducing load times as results are displayed while typing. Agents can select ten to one hundred results per page and can export search results to excel for easy record keeping. Agent properties that are available on Equator.com can also be searched for and viewed from within the workstation.
